• A correction: a page that is out of date, unclear or wrong. Naming the page and the sentence makes it far quicker to fix.
• A question about how the site is funded, or about the affiliate arrangement.
• A privacy request under the Australian Privacy Principles or, where applicable, the GDPR — access, correction, erasure or a complaint. The privacy policy sets out the process and the regulators involved.
• A broken or redirected link to an external source.

What it cannot help with

• Support for any game. Solid Digital does not publish, operate, host or resell any game, and has no access to any player account. Support requests must go to the game’s own publisher, whose contact details are on its site.
• Refunds, chargebacks or billing. Payments for a game are made to its publisher or to an app store; neither of those is Beshine s.r.o. Step four explains who to approach and in what order.
• Account recovery, password resets or unbanning. Only the game’s publisher can do any of those. Nobody here will ever ask you for a password, and no legitimate support service will either.
